    The Firm's Business & Securities Litigation practice group has a need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its eDiscovery team in Richmond, VA. The Paralegal is relied upon as a subject matter expert in eDiscovery document review platforms (Relativity) and the document review process.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery
    • Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity
    • Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including creation of pivot tables
    • Managing case files through document management systems

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of litigation experience
    • Experience in document review software, such as Relativity, Concordance, Summation, etc.
    • Technically proficient, specifically in working with Microsoft Excel
    • Strong organizational skills, particularly with document management
    • Highly detail oriented
