    McGuireWoods has the need for a Web Content Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in Richmond, VA.  The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production of digital marketing content for the firm’s website and will also coordinate the production of firm-wide e-communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of web content management experience and a strong eye for detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Tracks, researches and edits attorney biographies and ensures that this information is up to date on the firm’s external website
    • Works closely with the business development team and other content administrators to ensure that the information on the external site is accurate and current
    • Assists with editing other content in the firm’s content management system, including articles, event information, and newsletters
    • Coordinates the production of firm-wide e-communications requests, including announcements, news alerts and event invitations

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of web content management and digital marketing experience
    • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. A degree in Business Administration, with a marketing concentration, is preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
    • Experience using web content management systems, HTML/CSS, survey/forms apps, Google listings and analytics, and email marketing platforms is preferred
