    From sourcing to onboarding, McGuireWoods is looking for a Corporate Recruiter who is focused on client experience; both for candidates and hiring managers.  This role based in Richmond, VA will centrally manage sourcing, recruiting, candidate and hiring manager communication, candidate selection, and onboarding for U.S.-based staff positions at the law firm.  The candidate most aligned with this role will have 2-3 years of corporate recruiting or staffing experience, strong/proven relationship-building skills, and will embrace technology.

    • Direct all recruiting activities to ensure an acceptable candidate pool is readily available for all assigned positions
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates
    • Qualify candidates via resume screening, phone and video interviewing
    • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process from job approval through candidate recommendation and onboarding
    • Present offers of employment to candidates


    • Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of proven, successful recruiting experience, including passive candidate sourcing
    • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
    • Excellent technology skills including MS Office, applicant tracking databases and internet research
