    The Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity team has an opportunity for an Entry-Level Transactional Paralegal to join its team in Los Angeles - Century City.   The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong technology and problem solving skills and committed to learning about the transactional aspects of a fast-paced corporate practice.

    • Prepare closing documents for transactions
    • Participate in closings: create/update closing list, distribute documents/signature pages, and draft closing certificates
    • Manage calendars, docket and tickler systems, and assists in meeting deadlines
    • Manage and coordinate checklists for closings
    • Prepare closing binders with attention to collection/follow-up of routine post-closing items and matters


    • Four year degree required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, firm management and external parties
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, ECF/Pacer, and other legal support software as appropriate
