    McGuireWoods has a need for an Affirmative Action Plan Coordinator/Data Analyst to join its Labor and Employment team in Richmond, VA.  The AAP Coordinator will provide support to paralegals and attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle focusing on assisting companies comply with their obligations as federal contractors.  This team is fast-paced and deadline-driven.  The ideal candidate must be able to adapt quickly, be detail-oriented, and have strong Microsoft Excel skills.

    • Analyze data received from clients
    • Identify and solve issues identified within data
    • Run data through multiple software programs 
    • Organize, label and file case materials as directed
    • Maintain client files and assist on special projects/events such as trial and on-site document reviews, collections and productions
    • Maintain and retrieve case files as requested and prepare closed matters for off-site storage
    • Assist with document collection and maintaining e-rooms


    • Previous experience in a law firm supporting litigation paralegals and attorneys preferred
    • Technically-savvy, with the ability to learn software applications quickly
    • Strong organization skills, specifically with large-scale document management projects
    • Detail-oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
