McGuireWoods LLP has an opening for a Litigation Practice Assistant in the Dallas, TX office. The secretary will support partners and associates who practice financial services and labor & employment litigation. The person in this role will be responsible for legal and administrative tasks, such as document creation, e-filing, opening and closing of files, time entry/billing, travel arrangements, meeting/conference scheduling and other special projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of litigation and labor and employment experience, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013.
