The Firm's Antitrust, Trade, and Commercial Litigation practice group has a need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in one of its Los Angeles locations (Downtown or Century City). The Paralegal is relied upon to help manage federal and state court filings, case files, discovery, depositions and trial preparation for consumer class action, antitrust and product liability cases.

  • Assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials
  • Managing case files and matter documents through e-Rooms and docketing systems
  • Ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein, specifically in California state and federal courts
  • Assisting attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas
  • Assisting with document review and analysis through various platforms, e.g., Relativity, Concordance, etc.


  • Three or more years of litigation experience
  • Experience preparing for and attending depositions and trial
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, particularly with case files/document management
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Concordance)
