Overview

McGuireWoods LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our Century City office. This role supports law student recruiting efforts across designated schools and offices. Key responsibilities include enhancing the firm’s presence on law school campuses, coordinating a high-quality Summer Associate Program, and facilitating the student interview process to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

 

Salary Range: $67,951 - $118,176

Responsibilities

  • With management oversight, coordinate and execute of all phases of recruiting efforts for law school students
  • Plan and organize the Summer Associate Program, including pre-summer planning, summer associate orientation, social events, and coordinating project assignments
  • Coordinate the summer associate interview process, ensuring a well-organized and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers
  • Support the Attorney Recruiting Manager with preparation for recruiting committee meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law school career services departments and coordinate all outreach efforts throughout the year

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in program management, event planning, recruiting, and/or campus outreach
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and professionalism
  • Must represent the firm positively when interacting with attorneys, law school representatives, and candidates
  • Willingness to travel as needed for law school visits, office events, summer associate programs, and recruiting activities
