McGuireWoods LLP is hiring a Manager of Marketing Technology Operations to oversee and optimize our experience management platform - Litera Foundation. In this role, you’ll keep the firm’s case history, client details, and marketing data running smoothly—customizing and integrating systems, analyzing data to guide business development, and driving user adoption through training and change management. You’ll also play a key role in managing budgets and vendor relationships that support firmwide initiatives.

Administer and maintain Litera Foundation, including customization, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Analyze and report on marketing data to deliver actionable insights for business development.
Lead training, mentoring, and change management to drive adoption of Foundation.
Oversee operational needs, including vendor management and budget support.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Experience with experience management systems; Litera Foundation strongly preferred.
Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
Excellent communication and change management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SQL, APIs, or data visualization skills a plus. #LI-KB1
