We’re seeking a Client Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Experience team within our Business Development and Marketing department. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality, client-facing events that strengthen relationships and elevate the firm’s brand. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing details from planning to on-site execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and flawless execution of events, including client strategy sessions, networking receptions and client partnerships.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution and overall client satisfaction.
  • Oversee event outreach and attendee management—from invitation and RSVP creation and tracking to post-event reporting—using CRM and event management tools (DealCloud experience a plus).
  • Assist the Senior Event Manger in development of event campaigns.
  • Maintain accuracy across event data, deliverables, and internal communications.
  • Provide on-site support at key events.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of event coordination experience in a professional services or corporate environment. Legal industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with structure and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working directly with attorneys and senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong administrative discipline, and tech fluency (Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/event systems experience preferred).
  • Flexible and willing to travel for on-site event support (including occasional evenings and weekends).
