McGuireWoods is seeking to hire a Compensation Manager to join the firm-wide Human Resources team in either our Richmond, VA office. This role will take the lead in planning, developing and implementing the firm’s compensation policies and practices while providing technical and analytical compensation support. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of general HR and compensation knowledge and experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to partner and build relationships with other leadership and management.
