The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in the legal profession, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. • Organizes, labels and files electronic and hard copies of case materials as directed.
• Researches and retrieves documents from case management systems (iManage, HighQ and Relativity) as requested.
• Maintains and organizes supplies to support client matters, including distribution of supplies and case files for special projects/events such as trial and on-site document reviews, collections, and productions.
• Maintains and retrieves case files as requested and prepare inactive and closed matters for sending to Records.
• Reviews production media to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Assist with maintaining client data and chain of custody
• Helps create and maintain internal and external ShareFile systems
• Opening and closing duties at the Review Center to help support administrative tasks

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a law firm strongly preferred. 
• Excellent technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with case management systems and/or E-Discovery platforms (CaseMap, FileSite, eRoom, Pacer, and Relativity) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate filing skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
