Overview

McGuireWoods has the need for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in our Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC offices. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production of digital marketing content for the firm’s email communications and related website content. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of email marketing and web content management, or a comparable technical and administrative background, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the production and distribution of e-communications requests, including evites, announcements, and news alerts using the firm's email marketing platform.
  • Assists with coordinating, managing, and updating data within the firm's CRM system to support email marketing and mailing list maintenance.
  • Works with the firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information and digital assets on external sites and platforms are accurate and current.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. BA or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and WordPress a plus.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Interest in using innovative AI technology, including Harvey and Copilot, to support efficient high-impact work.
